COMPANY STATEMENT – COVID-19
Message from the Directors dated 7th January 2021
The world as we know it is changing rapidly and we wanted to take this opportunity to assure our valued customers and vendors that the team at Vigilant.IT is here to support you in any way we can.
Our team are highly skilled and collaborative, and we have multiple pre-existing procedures in place to ensure our team work together to escalate any matters to the most suited team member, who is able to assist you. This is something we have always done, though we are now taking the time to reassess these processes and ensure there are redundancies in place so that we can guarantee you continuity of support.
Our after-hours emergency service continues to operate as usual and we can “ramp up” in this area if any of our customers require additional support outside our normal trading hours.
We have business continuity plans in place which are reviewed and updated where required, as the global and local situation changes.
We are liaising closely with our suppliers and vendors to ensure we have a continuous supply chain available to meet our customer’s needs. (Please note that there are occasionally some delays for hardware due to increased demand & delivery constraints).
We liaise with partners throughout our network to support each other in the case that we or a partner are unable to support our customers. Our aim here is to ensure that our customers continue to receive support even if we or our partner are unable to assist.
We wish to assure you all that the team at Vigilant.IT is here and ready to help if you need us. Our committed intent is to continue to operate throughout this period.
